By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement with Sajan Thesis Works.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using it, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App. This license does NOT include the right to:
You must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized account access.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts for violations of these Terms.

Payments are processed via Google Play Billing and managed by RevenueCat. We do not store any payment information.
Subject to Google Play's refund policy. Contact Google Play directly for refund requests. Premium access is non-refundable once the 30-day period has started.
We may change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect active premium periods. You will be notified of price changes in advance.
You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a license to store and process it solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all data you enter.
No offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content. Names and records must comply with applicable law. We may remove content that violates these guidelines.
You are responsible for backing up your data. We recommend regular exports. We are not liable for data loss.
The App and all content, features, software code, design, graphics, and logos are owned by Sajan Thesis Works and protected by intellectual property law.
"Karate Tournament App" is a trademark of Sajan Thesis Works. You may not use it without written permission.
Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without compensation to you.
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy at managekarate.web.app/privacy. You are responsible for:
The App uses: Firebase (authentication/hosting), Supabase (database), RevenueCat (subscription management), and Google Play Billing (payment processing). Each is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service failures or outages.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We make no warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted service, or accuracy of tournament results.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAJAN THESIS WORKS IS NOT LIABLE FOR indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or tournament result disputes. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sajan Thesis Works from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violations of these Terms, your violations of third-party rights, or data you input into the App.
You may stop using the App at any time. Admin and Viewer accounts can be deleted via Security → Delete Account. Co-Admins must request deletion from their Admin.
We may terminate your access without notice for breaching these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, violations of third-party rights, or failure to pay.
Your right to use the App ceases immediately upon termination. You may lose access to your data. Premium purchases are non-refundable upon termination.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you by updating the Last Updated date, posting a notice in the App, or sending an email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Contact us at help@pgstudents.com first. We will attempt to resolve disputes informally within 30 days.
Unresolved disputes will be settled by binding arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996.
Disputes must be resolved individually. You waive any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sajan Thesis Works regarding your use of the App.
By using the Karate Tournament App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Effective Date: February 2, 2026
