Karate Tournament App ("we", "us", or "our") offers subscription-based Premium plans for karate tournament management. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which we provide refunds for purchases made through our app or website.
2. Subscription Plans
Our app offers the following paid plans:
- Monthly Premium Plan — billed monthly
- Annual Premium Plan — billed annually
Subscriptions are processed through Google Play in-app billing (Android) or Razorpay (web/Indus App Store). A free tier is available with no payment required.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:
- You were charged but did not receive access to Premium features due to a technical error on our end.
- You were charged twice for the same billing period (duplicate charge).
- You cancel within 7 days of your first-time subscription purchase and have not made significant use of Premium features.
- The app was fundamentally unavailable or non-functional for more than 48 consecutive hours during your paid period.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Subscription renewals that were not cancelled before the renewal date.
- Partial periods — we do not prorate refunds for unused days in a billing cycle.
- Change of mind after active use of Premium features.
- Purchases made more than 30 days before the refund request.
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us with the following information:
- Your registered email address
- Date of purchase and plan selected
- Reason for the refund request
- Transaction ID or payment reference number (if available)

6. Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Refunds for Google Play purchases follow Google's own refund policy and timeline.
- Refunds for Razorpay payments will be credited back to the original payment source (UPI, card, net banking, or wallet).
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current paid period. Your Premium access continues until the end of the billing cycle.
